Kudos to you for sticking with your ms and perfecting it. I tend to archive the folder and get on with something else... This year alone there are seven mss waiting in limbo.

LOL re the not adding additional strands to your conflict. I just finished my comp entry and belatedly perused my synopsis. Lo and behold, my heroes had taken over and decided the plot elements I'd intended including weren't needed...so half of what I'd outlined doesn't appear. Maybe I can use it for something else...

OMG, what a small world, Jax. Two very good friends of ours emigrated to Waiheke Island from England. They absolutely fell in love with the place and fall between rich-type and hippy type, so they're in absolute heaven. It looks like a fabulous place. Glad it got your creative juices flowing :)
