Hey Jackie, I read a very entertaining M&B Modern last year (definitely a Modern, not a Modern Heat, I checked the cover) where the hero is a buttoned-up alpha who doesn't reveal his feelings but the h is very Riva --in fact the opening scenes and humour are very Riva too. (Unusual to find that humour in a Modern)

I'm usually the silent observer / listener where there's a Q&A (wonder what that says about me) but totally opposite in reality (ie, I rant a lot in person) ;)

Jackie, my hero was going to be more like yours but those kind of heroes seem to work better for M&B Modern. (So yours should be a great fit :) )
