The audiologist I saw – who has normal hearing – told me she wore a couple out to dinner to test them out and discovered her hearing was waaay better! Hehe.

Bec – another dog person. I like dogs but I do not want one. I have kids and that’s enough for me. 🙂

Anne – LOL!! What a lovely comment! If I can make hearing aids sound cool then my work here is done. Actually, I have seen a billboard somewhere around Auckland where there’s a hot guy wearing one – it was a pretty good ad. Hey, I’m buying one so it must be successful. Hugs on the bifocals and I can totally relate on the feeling ancient. And the arthritis. My mother has it and I’m sure I’m destined for it as well. The joys of age. 🙂

Julia – Hahaha! Yes, I get that argument from my daughter – ‘I’ll take care of it, you won’t have to do anything’. All lies. 😉

Random fact? I just got bifocals. I know they call them progressive lenses now but it’s the same thing. And they make me feel old (of course, so does the arthritis in my hip and knees)

Random on dogs, I have two and one was bought sight-unseen and flown from his home across Aussie to the airport where we picked him up and first met. Not our best purchase.
